The Pruijs & Partners selection procedure is geared towards making a match in which both you and your future employer will be able to enjoy a long-term benefit. The procedure consists of the following steps:
When we approach you with a possible position, we will first provide a general description of the position. If the opening meets your needs and interests, then we will invite you to come to our office for a more detailed introductory meeting.
The consultant responsible will present you with all of the aspects of the function and the organisation. The issues discussed will include the organisation’s position in the market, its structure and its corporate culture. We will also discuss your desires and demands, talents, experience and personality. Based on this meeting, you may decide to terminate or continue the application procedure.
If you decide to continue the application procedure, then we will pass on your information to the client. The rest of the process usually consists of one or more meetings with various individuals within the organisation and possibly a psychological test or assessment.
Terms of employment
The last step is the terms of employment interview. If you wish, the consultant working on your case can provide you with personal and objective advice.
Pruijs & Partners will arrange all of the appointments with the client and your consultant will advise and guide you through the entire procedure – and beyond.
