Pruijs & Partners’ recruitment method is entirely geared towards making a match in which you and your future employee can enjoy a long-term, profitable relationship. Throughout the process we will keep you informed of the details of the progress. And naturally, these regular contact moments offer you the opportunity to narrow or expand the selection criteria. Our search process consists of the following five steps:
The foundation is laid during the intake interview. Two of our consultants specialised in the field or sector will meet with you to discuss all of the relevant aspects of your organisation, the position and the profile of the ideal candidate. We will advise you with regard to the feasibility of the assignment, the search process and the expected duration. Based on the information provided, we will then draw up an estimate and a preliminary job description.
2: Recruitment & Selection
In order to find potential candidates, we will consult within our own networks, approach candidates directly in the market and search our expansive business relation database. We will then interview the best of the interested potential candidates in order to evaluate their professional and personal qualities.
In this step, we will draw up personal profiles for the most suitable candidates and present them to you. We provide expert advice, but you determine the further process for each candidate. Pruijs & Partners will arrange the administrative details, such as scheduling and confirming interview appointments for all of the parties. If so desired, our consultants can also be present during the job interviews.
In conclusion we can also offer support with activities such as checking the candidates’ references, drawing up employment contracts, advising as to compensation packages and/or drafting an introduction programme.
We are convinced that each new experience can teach us something that will allow us to better serve our clients in the future. For that reason, we will also ask for your opinion of working with us and the manner in which the assignment was completed. We will then repeat this evaluation once more after the new employee’s probationary period.
